About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Advisor at our Bonnyville branch. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact! In this role, you will work closely with the Personal Banking Manager to understand member needs and pair them with the best financial products and services. This position is not just about providing solutions; it's about building lasting relationships in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Members: Conduct interviews to understand their financial goals and deliver personalized solutions.
Build Relationships: Create strong connections with members by actively managing interactions and meeting expectations.
Anticipate Needs: Proactively identify solutions that go beyond basic services to support broader financial objectives.
Provide Insightful Advice: Help members achieve their financial goals while fostering long-term relationships through follow-ups and referrals.
Manage Accounts: Recommend loans and identify potential issues with accounts, addressing them effectively.
Collaborate for Excellence: Work with team members to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Stay Organized: Efficiently manage your tasks to balance business development, relationship management, and administrative duties.
Community Involvement: Participate in events to promote LCU and demonstrate our commitment to community engagement.
