Financial Administrative Assistant

A stable and growing organization is seeking a versatile Financial Administrative Assistant to support office operations and provide exceptional service to both customers and internal teams. This position blends administrative support, customer communication, and light accounting responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and service needs
Enter and process orders accurately while monitoring timelines and documentation
Coordinate closely with sales staff to support account activity and resolve issues
Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory tracking
Research discrepancies and troubleshoot concerns using sound judgment
Maintain accurate files, reports, and operational records
Provide professional phone support and manage general office correspondence
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Safeguard confidential financial and customer information

What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or office operations
Working knowledge of accounting functions and inventory management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Preferred: Experience working with ERP or accounting software (such as Sage 100).
