Financial Accountant - 6 month fixed term contract - Immediate start

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team on a 6-month interim basis to support the team on global reporting and financial processes. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and timely close process and will suit someone with an accounting background and hands-on experience in reconciliations and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Lead balance sheet reconciliations, compiling schedules and analysing variances and anomalies.

•
Manage close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

•
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

•
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

•
Provide support across finance operations and contribute to process improvements

•
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure audit readiness

Requirements:

•
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid experience

•
Strong technical accounting knowledge

•
Proficiency in NetSuite is desirable

•
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

•
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
