Qualifications: This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in English. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ months of knowledge or experience in: Financial planning, variance analysis, and business performance metrics. Previous internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools used for analysis and reporting. Basic understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the finance sector.
