Job Description
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer in London, you will create impact within our global Finance Team. You will lead the delivery of finance process redesign initiatives, including the migration and integration of ERP systems and platforms such as NetSuite and Omnia. This role combines hands-on project delivery with programme leadership, driving standardisation, automation, and improvements across core finance functions.
You will manage and develop a small team of finance project managers, providing guidance, training, and support. As the primary delivery lead for finance system and process transformation programmes, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth integration across multinational operations.
Please note that this role is initially offered as a one-year fixed-term position, providing the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation projects within a dynamic, multinational environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Lead the delivery of finance transformation initiatives aligned with the Brantech Group operating model and systems.
• Drive the migration and implementation of ERP systems and finance platforms, including NetSuite, Omnia and Navan, taking a hands-on approach to project delivery, managing external vendors, and coordinating integration with wider business platforms (HRIS, CRM, billing, and data tools).
• Identify and implement efficiency, automation, and standardisation opportunities across the finance function, leading improvements across core processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A, and management reporting).
• Streamline reconciliations, prevent duplication of effort, strengthen controls, and standardise and document processes in line with Brandtech Group frameworks, while improving consistency of master data and enhancing visibility of financial and operational performance.
• Lead and develop a team of finance transformation project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Prepare and present robust project plans to the steering committee and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth integration across multinational operations.
Qualifications
• Experience leading finance system implementations, such as ERP platform migrations, and delivering finance transformation and change initiatives within international organisations.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes from client onboarding to monthly results, including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), FP&A and management reporting.
• Ability to identify and deliver process efficiencies, automations and standardisation improvements.
• Track record in leading project or programme delivery teams, including setting clear objectives, providing direction and support, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful completion of initiatives on time.
• You're skilled at influencing and engaging senior stakeholders through clear communication.
• When faced with a problem, you're good at adapting strategies and plans, and evaluate different options to find practical solutions.
Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
