As our Finance Transformation Manager you will focus on ERP & Atlassian and take a pivotal role in shaping how Quantum-Systems scales on a global level. You will build modern BI capabilities, drive automation across our core systems, and ensure that data becomes a strategic asset throughout the company. Your contributions will empower teams worldwide during a period of rapid international growth. Together with our collaborative and interdisciplinary expert team, you will push the boundaries of unmanned systems and set new standards in data-driven intelligence and collection.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Data‑Driven Decision Making

• Turn complex business data into actionable insights using NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence.

• Provide leadership and teams with reliable, standardized data to support strategic and operational decisions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of ERP and Atlassian administrators.

• Prioritize workloads, coach team members, and ensure high service quality and continuous improvement.

Process Automation & System Optimization

• Develop and lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work and increase data accuracy.

• Continuously optimize system configurations, workflows, and integrations for scalable operations.

• Maintain clear documentation of all customizations (scripts, workflows, configurations).

Global Standardization & Collaboration

• Define global system standards, best practices, and unified workflows across all regions and subsidiaries.

• Drive consistency in reporting structures, documentation and end‑to‑end processes.

Technology Ownership & Integration Leadership

• Own the architecture, performance, and stability of NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence.

• Work closely with IT, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless cross‑system integrations.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

• Support teams across the organization with system capabilities, data insights, and automation solutions.

• Act as a strategic partner to ensure technology aligns with company‑wide goals and business needs.
