Finance & Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance

• Perform tax calculations and ensure completeness of supporting documents for daily transactions.

• Prepare monthly tax reports and handle tax filings (SSP & SPT Masa) via official tax applications.

• Manage withholding tax certificates (Bukti Potong) distribution and documentation.

• Support tax reporting to KPP and perform regular tax reconciliation between general ledger and tax reports.

Finance 

• Manage weekly payment cycles, ensuring all disbursements are accurately processed and authorized.

• Monitor and analyze cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity for operational needs.

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash records.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation and finance roles.

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and government tax applications (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).
