Role Summary:
Finance Supervisor, TOMRA Singapore Responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support, while driving process improvements and coordinating with internal and international teams.
Your tasks
• Processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice posting, payments, and collections
• Preparation of payment runs and online banking
• Preparation of and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Implementation and improvement of accounting processes
• Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors
• Liaising with internal teams and international colleagues on finance matters
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company(e.g. ERP system(IFS),  invoicing, payroll, claims, insurance, and general administrative support))
Your profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA,CA, or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint
• Good understanding of relevant financial reporting standards
• Self-starter with a positive mindset who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Meticulous and detail orientated
• Ability to work in an agile organization environment
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
