About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Specialist to support our core financial and administrative operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and continuity of financial processes while working closely with global teams.

What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day financial and administrative operations

Assist with data tracking, reporting, and documentation

Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure process consistency

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational needs

Contribute to improving workflows and maintaining organized systems

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

Experience or exposure to finance, accounting, or administrative processes

Understanding of financial operations fundamentals (nice to have, not mandatory)

Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

High level of accountability and reliability

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

English proficiency is a plus for working in a global environment
