About the role
As our AR/AP specialist you'll be the go-to person for invoicing, purchase orders, and approvals across our Czech, German, and Polish offices. This is a hands-on role for someone who's detail-oriented, independent, and always thinking about how to improve how we work.
You will closely work with our Finance Manager for Europe Radovan Mareček.

What you'll be doing
Manage invoicing and payment processing across our European entities (CZ, DE, PL)
Create and send invoices based on sales inputs, and follow up on customer documentation
Handle purchase orders, licence renewals, and approval workflows
Keep spreadsheets, tables, and financial records organized and accurate
Communicate with colleagues across European branches as well as with clients to resolve day-to-day issue
Take ownership of workflow improvements - identify inefficiencies, help design better processes, and share practical solutions with others
What we're looking for
Experience in AR/AP, finance support, or back-office finance roles
Solid knowledge of invoicing, invoice processing, and finance administration
Familiarity with accounting systems - experience with ABRA/Datev/wflow
is a plus, not essential
Ability to manage multi-step processes and cross-border tasks independently
Czech on native level and English at level B2 for day-to-day communication with international colleagues and stakeholders
Detail-oriented, independent and good communicatior
Someone with drive - not only to complete the daily agenda, but also to improve workflows and suggest better ways of working
