As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Finance Specialist who will help support and strengthen the operational backbone of our finance team. In this role, you will contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of our financial processes, helping the department operate smoothly as the company grows.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are curious about finance operations and want to build strong foundations in accounting, financial analysis, and financial systems within a fast-paced, international tech environment.

What You'll Do:

Support daily bank reconciliations and help track company's cash flow

Assist with data entry, financial analysis, and internal reporting

Learn to navigate financial systems and tools, gaining hands-on experience that will set the foundation for your career

Support communication with clients regarding open invoices and payment status, helping maintain strong financial relationships

Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and automation within finance processes

Who You Are:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

A problem solver who enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways to work

Detail-oriented and methodical, you enjoy working with data and getting things right

Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completion

A recent graduate or student (studying in the evenings) in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fields
