Job Description
The Company
Our client is a Switzerland-based longevity startup founded in 2021. Their founding team (CEO, CSO, CMO, and CMO) came together around a shared commitment: to enable everyday people to access clean, high quality supplements with transparent ingredients based on the latest scientific insights in rapidly growing field of longevity.
Working with an interdisciplinary team of scientists and researchers from institutions, our client has grown its product range to 12 supplements supporting cellular health, skin, sleep, joints, metabolism, and gut health.
Our client takes great care in selecting only high quality ingredients from reputable sources and in a rare move for the supplement industry transparently publishes the supplier of each ingredient used on its website. All supplements are also double tested for purity and against contamination in an independent 3d party lab in Switzerland.

• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and requests as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience, ideally from a consulting background.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and able to grasp complex information quickly.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Based in Indonesia.
Nice to Have
• Experience in financial modelling or FP&A.
• Exposure to ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Benefits:
Our client believes the best companies help you become the person you want to be by promoting personal freedom and growth.
• High Impact: Work at a well-funded, early-stage startup with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
• Elite Collaboration: Partner with world-class longevity researchers and successful serial entrepreneurs.
• Radical Flexibility: Fully remote roles with home office support, flexible hours, and unlimited holidays.
• Growth & Culture: Education allowances, accelerated growth paths, and a vibrant team culture including regular off-sites.
