Finance S4Hana Key User

We are looking for a Finance S4Hana Key User to act as a pivotal link between local end-users, divisional teams, and the Transform360 program. This role is critical in ensuring successful local integration and adoption of SAP S/4HANA within the Finance function. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of finance business processes, strong SAP expertise, and excellent communication skills to support implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities / Tasks ​ Serve as the primary liaison between local end-users and divisional/global teams. Ensure successful local integration and adoption of Transform360 within Finance. Assess local business and legal requirements during fit-to-standard activities. Participate in solution testing and provide expert feedback. Collaborate on the creation and execution of test plans . Provide business-relevant feedback to central teams for continuous improvement. Contribute to localization of training materials and deliver end-user training . Participate in discussions to establish locally valid process standards. Support the Local Implementation Manager with implementation strategies. Assist Division Lead Key User by providing local insights. Aid Data Experts in ensuring local data quality and integration. Work with Change & Training Managers on training needs analysis, planning, and delivery. Provide ongoing support to end-users and coordinate release upgrades . Your Profile / Qualifications Strong background in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA in a key user or similar role. Deep understanding of finance business processes . Excellent communication and collaboration skills . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive adoption English: Proficient (mandatory).
