We are looking for an Finance Reporting and Operations Analyst to join our Accounting team in Tbilisi to undertake the month-end closing process for our Georgia entities, meet with the reporting deadlines and timings and ensure we are in compliance with Group Accounting Policies and applicable reporting standards. You will work closely with our local, Regional and HQ finance teams to manage financial processes, prepare reports, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

• Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Group GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Review Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Free-Cash-Flow for accuracy, including the verification of Roll-Forward schedules.
• Coordinate with local and HQ teams to ensure seamless reporting workflows and the timely delivery of financial data for the bookkeeping team.
• Maintain strong financial controls by performing regular checks, reconciliations, and quality reviews across key finance processes.
• Prepare calculations and reports for key cycles, including inventory schedules, aging models, and AP/AR reports to support monthly workflows.
• Manage the treasury workflow and ensure the integrity of payments and billing cycles, providing visibility into cash flow.
• Contribute to the improvement of finance workflows, identifying opportunities to automate tasks, increase accuracy, and streamline data flows.
• Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis to enable informed decision-making and support local strategic projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting required, Master’s degree or CPA /CFA enrollment is a plus.
• 1.5+ years of Audit Experience. A combination of national and international exposure is a plus.
• A strong technical knowledge of accounting and compliance issues. Knowledge of digital industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English.
• Proficient with Excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes multiple projects, meets all deadlines, and is dependable with a sense of personal responsibility for quality work product.
• Detail oriented, results oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to process improvement and exceptional attention to detail
• Adaptable to changing priorities with a commitment to ethical responsibilities

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Experience with OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.
• Background in finance process improvement initiatives, with a focus on efficiency, automation, and best practices.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel in alignment with business requirements.
