Job Summary:
Drive finance input and oversight for strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring financial perspectives are embedded in business decisions. Partner with the CFO to translate complex business discussions into actionable financial insights and guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate finance contributions to major initiatives (new business models, systems/process changes, investments, cost optimization), managing timelines, deliverables, and decision points.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models and decision-support tools for revenues, margins, cash flow, and project economics.
• Deliver high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Provide finance business partnering to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions, ensuring financial discipline and challenging assumptions.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment between finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and automation of finance processes, tools, and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CMA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• 5–8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, ideally in distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and business drivers.
• Knowledge of distribution models, trade economics, pricing, margins, and supply chain costs.
• Advanced Excel, ERP, and BI tool proficiency; expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to drive initiatives in cross-functional teams.
