What You’ll Do
You will develop, manage, and grow financial solutions that enable customers to purchase products and services. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams, external financial partners, vendors, and customers to design and implement financing programs that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and create competitive advantage. This position also owns the technology, processes, and rules and regulations related to Direct Pay, ensuring the program is operationally sound, compliant, and easy for internal teams and customers to use.
This role reports to the Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Build and manage financing programs that support customer purchasing and drive business growth
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party financial partners
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to align and execute financing strategies
Support sales teams with customer-facing financing solutions to improve deal conversion
Lead training and enablement efforts for internal teams and external stakeholders
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for financing-related questions and issues
Continuously improve processes to streamline the customer financing experience
What You Bring:
Experience in business development, financial programs, partnerships, or related roles
Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams to support revenue growth
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
Ability to think strategically while executing in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with or selling financial products, financing programs, or payment solutions (B2B preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
