The role:

As a Finance P2P Analyst, you will support and help scale CookUnity’s procure-to-pay (P2P) process. This role focuses on driving adoption, compliance, and operational effectiveness of P2P workflows, while acting as the central point of coordination between departments, Accounts Payable, and Treasury.

You will enable, support, and hold teams accountable for using P2P correctly and consistently.

Responsibilities:

P2P Governance & Enablement

• Act as the primary owner of day-to-day P2P process support, ensuring departments follow established purchasing and approval workflows.

• Monitor purchase order usage in Ramp, identifying off-process spend and following up with departments to drive compliance.

• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training to internal stakeholders on P2P policies, PO requirements, and Ramp usage.

• Serve as the escalation point for P2P-related issues and exceptions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with departmental stakeholders to ensure purchase orders are created timely and accurately prior to spend.

• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices align with approved POs and P2P requirements.

• Coordinate with Treasury to support payment readiness for P2P-compliant vendors.

• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations related to P2P discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.

Vendor & Process Support

• Support vendor onboarding coordination to ensure vendors are P2P-ready and understand PO and invoicing requirements.

• Review vendor documentation and credit application requirements when applicable.

• Communicate P2P expectations clearly to vendors in partnership with AP.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track and report on P2P adoption metrics (e.g., PO compliance, off-PO spend, exception volume).

• Identify process gaps and partner with the Sr. AP & Treasury Manager on improvements, controls, and system enhancements.

• Support documentation of P2P policies, procedures, and training materials.

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist with other finance operations initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (+2 years) in finance operations, AP, procurement operations, or P2P-related roles.

• Experience supporting or enforcing P2P processes; familiarity with Ramp or similar tools preferred.

• Advanced English skills

• Strong follow-up, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Clear and professional communication skills.
