The Team

The Finance team at AlphaSights is an expanding, global function responsible for planning, accounting, controlling and, ultimately, enabling our fast-paced business. The team is divided into a number of subteams, including Accounts Payable, Billing & Receivables, Commercial Finance, Group Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax, who work closely together to support all of our 9 offices, from Tokyo to San Francisco.

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join our fast-paced Billing & Receivables function on a one-year placement. Reporting to the Billing & Receivables Manager, you will work closely with your team members and internal stakeholders and to ensure our clients receive accurate and timely invoices and reporting, and to make sure we, as an organisation, receive payment for our services on time.

Based in our London HQ, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Assisting the wider Billing & Receivables team with producing sales invoices and credit notes, and reporting on usage to clients

• Managing day-to-day client queries on billing and service usage

• Designing and producing reports for distribution across the team and wider business

What you'll need

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

• Graduating in 2028, with a 12-month industrial placement incorporated in your degree programme
