Responsibilities

• 비용 적정성 검토, 정산 및 지급 요청/집행 관리

• 월/분기 결산 업무 지원 및 부가가치세 신고 기초자료 정리

• 재무 데이터 정리 및 내부 보고 지원

• ERP 운영 지원(전표 입력, 데이터 관리 등) 및 시스템 사용 매뉴얼 작성

• 해외 법인 관련 세무·재무 행정 업무 수행 (자료 요청 대응, 정산 지원 등)

• 기타 재무/회계 관련 운영 및 행정 업무 수행

Minimum Qualifications

• 1년 이상 3년 이하의 재무/회계 실무 경력을 보유하신 분

• 세무/회계 실무에 대한 이해를 기반으로 주요 업무를 주도적으로 수행할 수 있는 분

• 다양한 직무의 구성원들과 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 분

• 데이터를 꼼꼼하게 다루고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행하시는 분

• MS Office 및 AI 툴 활용 능력을 가지신 분

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP 사용 경험이 있거나 ERP 도입 과정에 주도적으로 참여해 보신 분

• 해외 법인 결산 및 운영 실무를 수행해 보신 분

• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분

• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 주도적으로 문제를 정의하고 개선하려는 태도를 가지신 분

• 매크로, Python, RPA 등의 도구를 활용해 업무를 자동화하거나 프로세스를 개선해 본 경험이 있으신 분
