In financial operations at PwC, you will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organisations. Your work will involve assessing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions to streamline financial operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports.
• Analyze metrics and performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Manage reporting and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Track time entries and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support financial processes and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Investigate, research, review documentation and respond to inquiries from US audit teams.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects that could be related to process improvements, automations or others.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
• Education: Preferable related to the business & area: Finance, Business Administration, Public Accountant or any numeric field.
• Experience: +2 years in Administrative &/or reporting, control roles. Experience in process improvement is a plus. Interested in an administrative & control role at long-term; not technical in accounting, finance or economy.
• Language: English advanced both oral & written. Will be exposed to participate in meetings with US stakekeholders.
• Digital tools: Excel intermediate. Nice to have or open to upskilling: PowerBI or Alterix.
• Soft Skills: excellent communication, client service (SLA 24-48hs), proactive, autonomous, detail oriented, well organized (several trackers), flexible to change & multicultural teams.
