Finance & Operations Associate

What We’re Looking For:
• A degree in a STEM or finance-related subject (or equivalent experience)
• Recently graduated, or up to 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, or finance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers — and explaining them clearly to others
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Python, SQL or other analytics platforms
• A desire to learn and grow — we value curiosity and ambition
• Interest in coding or data tools is a plus, but not a requirement

What You’ll Do:
• Support the finance team in preparing and maintaining P&Ls and other key financial reports
• Produce analysis that helps guide business decisions and strategic planning
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes
• Work with external suppliers and partners, negotiating commercial terms where needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve operations and support growth
