What you will be doing

• The Finance Operations Associate will be responsible for managing and executing across a wide variety of critical business processes, including but not limited to order to cash, procure to pay, and hire to retire

• You will work across the entire company with broad scope and primary responsibility for exceptional execution of process flows

• Continuously and independently work to streamline and improve our core business processes

• Take on ad hoc projects as needed, such as standing up new systems, supporting new location openings, and delivering business analyses

• This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational part of the Neros finance team and help build the infrastructure of a generational company from the ground up

You should have the following

• 2-6 years of professional experience

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Ownership mindset and a commensurate excitement to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done

• Comfort with and ability to navigate ambiguity

• Ability to design, own, execute, and improve complex business processes

• Ability to collaborate with and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously

• Strong project management skills

• Basic understanding of accounting and business systems

• Strong command of Excel / spreadsheets

• Be a US Person

Nice to have

• Experience working at rapidly scaling, venture-backed startups

• Experience or familiarity working in or around defense or hardware companies

• Basic understanding of payroll and compliance

• Analytical skills and experience

US Salary Range

$95,000 - $130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
