We are looking for a Finance Manager who will join our Cash Management Team in the Finance Department to maintain the financial integrity of Insider.
This position will take ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for the Vietnam region, as well as supporting other regions as needed. In this role you will work closely with Sales Ops, Sales, Legal and other departments to help streamline processes in accordance with company’s policy.

What you will do day in and day out:
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of domestic and international invoices in compliance with Vietnamese billing and accounting regulations
Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for Vietnam-based customers, ensuring correctness and regulatory compliance
Regularly review customer balances and lead collections follow-ups, including: Email communication, Phone calls, In-person visits when necessary
Proactively report invoicing and collection issues to HQ Finance and work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve them
Maintain regular customer reconciliations to ensure alignment on outstanding balances and payment status
Support monthly and annual accounting closing activities
Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with internal controls and local requirements

We’d love to hear from you if:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields.
You’ve a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, ideally in a global, scaling tech company.
SaaS experience is also valuable but not a requirement.
You’ve an excellent command of English.
You’ve an excellent command of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiatives when necessary.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese invoicing and accounting regulations
Hands-on experience with domestic and cross-border billing in Vietnam
Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections, including direct customer communication
Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and balance tracking
Ability to identify issues proactively and escalate them clearly to HQ and relevant stakeholders
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Willingness to work on-site at least 3 days per week

Nice to Have
Experience working with multinational or HQ-based finance teams
Exposure to audits and formal month-end / year-end closing processes
Experience with ERP (NetSuite knowledge is a plus) and accounting systems
Background in SaaS, technology, or service-based industries
