Your mission? Execute the administrative side of our financial workflows, maintain accurate records, and keep day-to-day operations on track so our finance leads can focus on high-level strategy. 🎯 Your Mission

• Daily Finance Operations 🧾: Manage finance admin tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation
• Billing & Payments Coordinator 💳: Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking
• Financial Records Keeper 📁: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Airtable, or other financial tools
• Budget Tracker 💼: Track and update project budgets, vendor payments, and internal spend
• Accuracy Partner ✅: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and reporting accuracy
• Summary Preparer 🧮: Prepare recurring finance summaries and reports for leadership
• Workflow Optimizer 🛠️: Assist in refining finance workflows, templates, and internal documentation
• Vendor Liaison 🤝: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding finance-related inquiries

• Experienced Operator 📌: 2+ years in finance admin, operations coordination, or project management
• Finance-Savvy 📒: Understands bookkeeping and finance documentation basics
• Ultra-Organized 🗃️: Known for time management and handling multiple details at once
• Detail-Oriented 🔍: Strong accuracy in all things data
• Tech-Comfortable 💻: Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.

• Self-Starter 🔋: Can work independently in a remote setup
