Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic financial planning within our real estate development business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, leadership capabilities, and industry-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
• Manage financial controls, risk assessments, and internal audit processes
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency
• Monitor project costing and profitability within real estate developments

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate or development industry
• Previous role at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Oracle, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
