Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller / Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our growing real estate business in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance of real estate projects
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
• Handle audits, tax filings, and financial risk management
• Collaborate with senior management for strategic financial planning
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Optimize financial processes and cost efficiencies

Requirements:
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably within real estate
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Experience working in international or fast-paced environments is a plus
