TicketWorld, a leading ticketing and live entertainment services company in the Philippines and part of the global Ticketek Entertainment Group, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our local finance operations. 🚀About the role:

As Finance Manager, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance with Philippine regulations, and alignment with Ticketek Group standards. You’ll act as a key business partner to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and driving operational efficiency. You will report directly to the International Finance Manager based in Sydney and lead a local finance team in the Philippines.

Requirements:
🔑 Key Requirements

• Lead day-to-day finance operations including accounting, AP/AR, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with PFRS/IFRS
• Manage revenue recognition, settlements, and reconciliations for ticket sales and events
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, VAT, withholding taxes, LGUs)
• Coordinate external audits and manage audit deliverables
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management
• Partner with operations, sales, and technology teams on commercial initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team
• Support system improvements, automation, and process enhancements

✅What are we looking for?

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines
• 5-8 years’ experience, ideally with a strong background in external or internal audit
• Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience preparing statutory and management financial reports
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial governance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems

Desirable:

• Experience transitioning from audit into a commercial finance role
• Background in high-volume transactional environments (ticketing, retail, e-commerce)
• Exposure to multinational or regional finance structures
• People leadership experience
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or system implementations
