About Us
We are a sustainable infrastructure company primarily focused on renewable energy assets. Our mission is to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world by investing in and managing sustainable infrastructure, while delivering long-term value to our investors and stakeholders.
Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets.
We are currently recruiting Finance Manager to work with and strengthen our Finance and Investment teams based in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities
Management of corporate financing lines both with banks and in capital markets.
Optimization of project financing lines for the group's subsidiaries.
Management of lines of guarantees, surety insurance and other guarantees.
Management of the commercial paper program.
Obtaining new lines of corporate financing, both bank and DCM.
Obtaining new lines of guarantees. Obtaining non-recourse financing for acquisitions.
Execution of interest rate and currency hedging transactions via options, swaps, futures and other financial derivatives.
Primary contact for rating agencies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration (ADE) or in similar field.
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C1 level is a must.

Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Technical Qualifications
Experience of at least 5-6 years or more working as a Finance Manager (preferably in the energy sector) negotiating corporate and project debt facilities.
Desirable experience in companies in the energy sector, preferably renewable energy.
Experience with international payments, guarantee lines, and financial derivatives.
In-depth knowledge bank and capital markets financing.
