Finance Manager, FP&A Operations

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-oriented Finance Manager, FP&A Operations to join our team. This role serves as a critical bridge between corporate strategy and departmental execution, providing the financial intelligence necessary to optimize our internal processes and guide the strategic decisions of our Senior Leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the Operations Production Team across our global footprint, providing financial stewardship for sites in Pleasanton, Singapore, and Taiwan.

• Optimize and maintain the Direct Labor Resource Model, establishing precise measurements to track and improve functional efficiencies.

• Accelerate work order throughput by identifying bottlenecks and proactively addressing operational challenges that cause production delays.

• Execute comprehensive work order variance analyses to evaluate performance against BOM/Work Definitions, ensuring high-quality Standard Costs and eliminating unplanned cost surprises.

• Spearhead annual Cost Roll activities related to Production Labor work definitions, fostering seamless alignment between the Production and Engineering departments.

• Champion all New Product Launches (NPI) by validating Direct Labor work definitions and ensuring financial readiness for scale.

To be successful you will need:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a financial planning and analysis role and a BA or BS degree.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills/modeling.

• Proven track record in business partner or corporate FP&A role.

• Highly detail oriented and organized.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated success working in a deadline driven and multi-task, fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Background

• MBA a plus

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus.

• Experience in multi-national organization a plus.

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
