About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to help establish and drive the financial operations for our UAE business. This is a hands-on role that combines financial management with day-to-day accounting responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and discipline across all financial activities, while also supporting budgeting, reporting, and decision-making. You will operate across both strategic and executional finance, taking full ownership of the function in a lean and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own financial reporting for the UAE business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with leadership.

• Track performance against budgets and provide clear, actionable insights.

• Manage day-to-day accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records.

• Prepare and file all required tax returns (including VAT and corporate tax), ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

• Ensure compliance with all local financial, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital across the business.

• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors where required.

• Establish and maintain financial controls, systems, and processes.

• Support deal teams with financial analysis and underwriting where needed.

• Drive cost discipline and ensure efficient use of capital.

Background & Experience:
• 6–10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Strong technical accounting foundation.

• Experience managing full set of books and financials records.

• Experience with tax filings and regulatory compliance (VAT and corporate tax).

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or asset-heavy businesses is preferred.

• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Comfortable operating in lean environments with full ownership of the finance function.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capability.
