Job Description
At Ennismore, we do things a little differently. We’re a small team with big ambitions, and food & beverage sits right at the heart of what makes our properties stand out.
From neighbourhood restaurants to destination dining, F&B is a key driver of both our guest experience and our commercial performance. Through our fully integrated platform, Paris Society — with 50+ iconic venues, including 23 in Dubai — alongside 500+ restaurants and bars globally, this is where we truly come to life.
What matters most to us is how we work together — staying close, being hands-on, and delivering on what we commit to.
• Manage core finance functions, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, taxation, and transfer pricing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as the central point of contact for aligning local Turkish Accounting Standards with Group IFRS reporting requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and Group policies, maintaining strong governance across all financial activities.
• Review and control the daily/monthly output of the external outsourced accounting team to ensure accurate AP/AR processing and timely e-Ledger submissions — stepping in hands-on when needed.
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance internal financial controls and processes in line with Group standards to safeguard company assets and ensure operational integrity.
• Review and validate operational F&B financial metrics, ensuring revenue reconciliations and COGS depletion match local and group ledgers.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion, effective issue resolution, and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Manage tax planning and compliance and maintain strong working relationships with tax authorities and relevant government bodies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources and support treasury management activities.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, providing financial insights and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including management reports and statutory filings, while addressing stakeholder information requests.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations to support new initiatives, investments, and cost optimization strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related.
• SMMM (Turkish CPA) certification is highly preferred. ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience; a background combining Big 4 Audit with industry experience (F&B, Hospitality, or Retail) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of both Turkish Tax Legislation and IFRS.
• Excellent Excel skills (and ideally experience with ERP / consolidation systems, reporting tools)
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to operational sites for field visits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex statutory constraints into clear commercial decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Lots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.
• Great healthcare, competitive salary, and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!
• Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think, make, and thrive at work
• The opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed, innovative culture
