Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:
• Own the month-end close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reports
• Build and maintain internal controls that protect our assets and keep us compliant
• Prepare Budgets and assist with forecasting and planning to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Liaise regularly with Country General Manager and team leads to coordinate initiatives and share insights
• Coordinate statutory audits and work hand-in-hand with external auditors
• Ensure all tax filings and regulatory requirements are met on time
• Spot opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes, including leveraging AI tools
• Stay on top of changes in financial regulations and keep us ahead of the curve

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (CPA or equivalent is a big plus)
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in accounting or finance, especially with month-end close, controls, and reporting
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards
• Comfortable with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work both independently and with a team
• Great communicator who can collaborate across departments
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and adapts well to change
