We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and control functions. Responsibilities
• Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial management and reporting processes.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, product margins, and operational efficiencies to support profitability.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and reporting processes.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and senior leadership to support strategic business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring high standards of performance and development.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance and support growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or premium consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory control, and margin analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Sound understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
