Job Title: Finance Lead(Mandarin-Speaking)
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000/ year
Job Type: Full-time (onsite, Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm; 1:30pm-5:30pm)
Location: Dallas Office, TX 75243
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Lead to own our revenue cycle and provide strategic support for our Sales team. This role is a critical bridge between the Accounting and Sales departments. You will not only ensure the accuracy of our financial records but also provide strategic insights into how promotions and sales allowances impact our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Billing Management
Invoice Administration: Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring all customer invoices are issued accurately and dispatched timely.
Dispute Resolution: Directly resolve complex billing issues or payment disputes with customers, ensuring professional and timely resolution.
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections
AR Lifecycle Management: Overhaul and maintain the AR aging report; proactively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure healthy cash flow.
Payment Integration: Oversee the recording of all customer payments (Check, ACH, Credit Card, etc.) and ensure they are matched correctly in the system.
Strategic Sales Support & Analysis
Profitability Analysis: Collaborate with the Sales Team to analyze the "bottom-line" impact of proposed promotions, sales allowances, and rebates.
Financial Advisory: Provide ongoing financial guidance to the sales team regarding contract terms, credit limits, and deal structures.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Period-End Closing: Play a key role in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all revenue and AR-related entries are accurate and compliant.
Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation for internal/external audits and tax filings (e.g., 1099s).
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
Leadership Support: Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks, administrative duties, and special projects as required by leadership to support the team’s evolving needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong emphasis on AR and sales analysis.
Advanced proficiency in NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
Expert level in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) and Google Workspace.
Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (exceptional verbal and written skills in both). Must have the ability to effectively explain complex financial concepts to non-financial team members and stakeholders in both languages.
