The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to apply their academic knowledge to realworld accounting practices. You will work closely with our accounting team, assisting with a wide range of accounting tasks. This role will provide you with valuable insight into the financial operations of a growing business.

Responsibilities::
• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Support the month end and year end closing procedures by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process and verify employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in maintainingaccurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Provide support during audits by preparing schedules and gathering necessary documents.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required by the team.

Requirements::
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Strong quantitative and effective communication skills .
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
