About the Program:

The Finance Graduate Program is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop critical skills finance. Through structured rotations, you will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to Agoda’s dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Under the FOC track, participants will undertake three 6-month rotations (18-month program) within FOC, tailored to skill set, allowing them to develop specialized expertise.

Program Highlights:

• Program Start Date is the 8th of June 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.

• Rotational Structure: Gain exposure to multiple FOC sub-functions, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Chargeback, Credit Risk, Accounts Payable, Payment Operations and Operational Excellence, depending on skill set.

• Skill Development: Build expertise in finance, analytics, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication.

• Mentorship: Work closely with experienced professionals and provide direct mentorship to senior leadership, from finance managers to the chief finance officer (CFO).

• Global Exposure: Collaborate with teams across Agoda’s global operations and gain insights into international finance practices.

Program Tracks and Rotations - Finance Operations & Controllership:

Finance Operations & Controllership (FOC) is the largest function in Agoda Finance, spanning multiple teams including:

1. Accounting

Gain hands‑on exposure managing the books of a truly global business—working across multiple entities and product lines while building strong accounting and commercial judgment early in your career.

2. Pay-in Credit Risk & Collections

Combine analytical & communication skills with learning about payment infrastructure, reconciliation & credit risk in a diverse team.

3. Payout

Support seamless payments to partners spanning almost every part of the world, operating tech‑enabled process that sits at the heart of a global marketplace

4. Operations Excellence

Ideal for problem solvers who enjoy Lean Six Sigma thinking, process redesign, analytics, and automation—driving operational impact at scale

Eligibility/requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation period: December 2025 to May 2026)

• If you have graduated before December 2025, to be eligible, candidates must have less than 12 months of full-time work experience (excluding internships) by the program start date, 8th June 2026.

• We are also open people with intent to pursue an Accounting Certification in the future (e.g. ACCA) or to people with non-business degrees with aptitude to learn and pursue a Finance career.

• Intermediate level understanding of accounting.

• Ability to interpret financial data and create actionable insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

It's Great if you have:

• Internship, project, or university coursework related to finance or accounting

• Interest in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement

• Familiarity with basic SQL or data visualization tools is a plus
