We’re hiring a: Finance Generalist 

📍 LatAm 

This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career in finance or accounting who wants hands-on experience, exposure to a growing international company, and a clear path to level up.

What you’ll do

Support accounting operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations

Assist with monthly and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

Work with NetSuite  to maintain clean and reliable financial data

Support audits, documentation, and compliance requirements

Collaborate with senior finance leaders and external accountants as needed

What we’re looking for

1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles

Experience working with NetSuite ERP. 

Basic understanding of payroll processes and tax-related documentation

Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (technical degree, bachelor’s in progress, or completed)

English fluency required
