Finance Exec (FP&A / Management Reporting Support)

Responsibilities

- Support monthly management reporting, including data preparation and analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals versus budget.
- Prepare variance analysis and support narrative/commentary for management reports.
- Maintain financial data, schedules, and reporting templates.
- Support the preparation of dashboards, KPIs, and flash reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special projects or feasibility studies.
- Work closely with the Financial Reporting team to ensure data accuracy.

Must-Have

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant finance or reporting experience.
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.

Nice to Have / Bonus

- Exposure to FP&A, management reporting, or budgeting.
- Experience in multi-entity or project-based environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- ACCA / CIMA papers in progress.

Team & Culture

- Reports directly to the Finance Manager (Management Reporting & FP&A).
- Works closely with Financial Reporting and AP/AR teams.
