FINANCE CONTROLLER

Avian Specialties Nigeria limited a private limited liability integrated poultry company located in Ibadan, OyoState was incorporated in Nigeria on the 5th February,1990. We have a perfect understanding of the poultry farming supported by the relevant machinery to enhance production which we have acquired/updated. We are therefore seeking people of like minds who are willing to grow a career in poultry farming.

Reporting to the CFO, this role involves providing leadership to the company's financial accounting, reporting, and control activities across the various business units and to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice.

Post Graduate Professional qualification- ACA is compulsory

First degree, BSc from a reputable institution

Previous Financial Control Experience with top flight Company and/ or Professional Accounting Service Firm.
At least 15 years experience, with minimum of Five(5) continuous years professional leadership experience in a senior/ executive management role(such as senior manager) in a reputable organization

Above average computer skills with proficiency with all MS packages., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project Manager.

Principles and practices of Farm accounting and agro Allied Bookkeeping technical and practical skills in financial controlling.

Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance relationships with contractors and staff in order to achieve work goals.
