The Finance Controller will lead the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions, ensuring strong financial governance while supporting sustainable growth. This role partners closely with leadership to deliver accurate financial insights, optimize cash flow, and drive informed business decisions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections; track variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of MIS, P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Manage working capital and cash flow optimization, and coordinate with banks, lenders, and investors for funding needs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other applicable laws.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements across functions.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and insights supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support investor reporting, due diligence, and fundraising activities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of financial operations.
