We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our team in Delhi, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial strategy to support our organization's growth.

• Lead and manage the finance department, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury functions
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support decision-making
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management systems
• Collaborate with senior management to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners
• Present financial information to the board of directors and other stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA
• Minimum 12-18 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience in corporate finance and strategic financial planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working in multinational organizations is preferred
