About the role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Finance Business Partner (SCM) with a strong focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics) to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve cost transparency, and drive financial discipline across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines solid financial expertise with strong business acumen and a hands-on mindset, capable of driving measurable impact in a fast-paced robotics environment.
Your Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain teams, with a primary focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Lead and drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
• Build and enhance cost analysis frameworks, including BOM analysis and cost breakdown structures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through deep analysis of purchase price variance (PPV), manufacturing efficiency, and logistics spend
• Partner with procurement to support cost control initiatives
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking, ensuring strong cost discipline and accountability
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) with cost target setting and cost-down roadmaps
Essential Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, BP / Controlling / Costing roles, preferably in manufacturing or hardware industries
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Proven experience in cost reduction/cost control/efficiency improvement projects
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly results-driven
• Fluent in English
Beneficial Skills:
• Experience in robotics, automation, or high-tech manufacturing
• Background in supply chain finance or plant controlling
• Experience with cost analysis or value engineering
