Job title: Finance Business Partner

• Location: Le Trait, France

• Job type: 6 months fixed-term contract

Act as Finance Business Partner for the scope in charge, provide analysis of financial performance, challenge management in decision-making process and foster performance improvement.

He/she leads the monthly performance reviews and ensures a proper follow-up of action plans identified.

He/she is the Finance contact for departmental related adhoc analysis and projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide accurate and effective management reporting related to trend analysis for future forecasts (expenses, headcount).

• Managing various stakeholders such as R&D, Manufacturing Operations, Finance M&S, Controlling Operations…

• Operational Performance follow up for valorization of improvement plans, follow up of implementation and identifications of mitigating actions.

• Project costs controlling (Opex / Capex/Headcount).

• Adhoc requests

JOB PROFILE

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Finance M&S

• External or Internal Audit experience is a plus.

MAJOR SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

• Financial/analytical Ability

• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively with cross-functional partners and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as communication skills to build commitment create adherence and report to management.

• Pack Office / SAP / TM1

• Strong inter-cultural skills and eagerness to work in an international setting.

• Fluent in English
