Overview:
We are looking for a finance expert with a digital mindset. You will not only be the guardian of financial rules but also an enabler of business development. You will lead the establishment of the company's treasury system from the ground up and deeply participate in business innovation as a finance representative, ensuring that every new business initiative has a compliant, efficient, and automated financial foundation from its launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury System Construction (from 0 to 1):

Responsible for requirement analysis and logical design of the Treasury Management System (TMS), driving automation in fund transfers, reconciliation, settlements, and collection processes.

Liaise with the technical team to translate financial accounting requirements into system functionalities, ensuring the integration of "business flow, capital flow, and information flow."

Financial Review for New Business Launches:

Act as the finance interface, conducting comprehensive financial reviews for new products, business models, and marketing campaigns.

Assess tax compliance, capital闭环 (closed-loop cash flow), and risk vulnerabilities within business processes, providing professional financial risk forecasts and solutions.

Deep Business-Finance Integration:

Deeply embed within business departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product) to assist business units in clarifying settlement logic and resolving financial pain points in business operations.

Establish and optimize business-finance reconciliation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy before entering the financial system.

Treasury Management and Efficiency Optimization:

Monitor cash positions, optimize capital turnover efficiency, and reduce capital costs and risks through systematic measures.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Management, or related fields.

Industry Experience: 5+ years of finance work experience, including at least 2-3 years in treasury system projects within internet platforms, e-commerce, fintech, or large enterprise groups.

System Knowledge: Familiar with ERP logic, with a proven track record of participating in the construction of treasury management systems, settlement systems, or mid-office platforms.

Business Acumen: Possess sharp business insight, capable of understanding complex business scenarios (e.g., deferred rebates, multi-party settlements, virtual accounts).

Logical Thinking: Proficient in using flowchart tools (e.g., Visio/ProcessOn), with strong logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.

Soft Skills: Excellent cross-departmental communication and driving skills, able to find the optimal balance between compliance and efficiency, and capable of standing firm on professional opinions during reviews.

Career Path: Develops compound skills in "Finance + Product + Management," serving as a valuable experience for aspiring CFOs or Finance Directors.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

Possession of CPA, ACCA, or PMP certifications.

Experience handling large-scale concurrent settlements or complex cross-border fund clearing.

Familiarity with third-party payment interface call logic or bank direct connection technical logic.
