What You Will Do
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to commercial leadership, supporting day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy
• Own the financial view of business performance: revenue, gross margin, contribution, and key operational KPIs by product, region, channel, and key account
• Lead revenue and margin forecasting, including bottoms-up account plans, cohort/retention views, and scenario modeling for pricing, product, and go-to-market changes
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to shape pricing, packaging, and deal economics that grow revenue
• Build business cases for new products, strategic initiatives, and key deals; quantify trade-offs between volume, price, and margin
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear, narrative commentary on what drove results — and what to do about it
• Partner with Data Engineering and BI to build self-service dashboards (revenue, margin, KPI trees) that the commercial teams actually use
• Support contract reviews, rebates, and commercial structures to ensure deals are commercially sound and operationally trackable
• Work closely with FP&A and Group Accounting to ensure revenue, COGS, and accruals are recognized cleanly and on time
