About the Role:

 

As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted business partner to our Executive Director Commercial Operations and Director Italy, combining analytical depth with strong stakeholder management. You will support value creation across our core commercial levers while driving financial transparency, performance steering and long-term profitability in a fast-growing, data-driven e-commerce environment.

This role sits at the heart of Redcare Pharmacy’s commercial decision-making and offers high exposure to senior management.

About your tasks:

Business Partnering – Commercial Operations

Finance Business Partner to the Executive Director Commercial Operations, supporting strategic and operational decisions with strong financial steering.

• Category Management & Pricing (1P & 3P): Margin steering, performance diagnostics, and full 360° margin transparency across products, customers, and channels

• Customer Data Model: Lead Finance involvement in continuous development, including integrated 1P/3P customer view and embedding into planning and performance reviews

• Marketing Controlling: ROI and CLV-based performance measurement, scalability assessments, budget governance, and cost control

• Own Brands Steering: Financial planning, margin development, pricing logic, and profitability roadmaps

 

Business Partnering – Italy

Finance Business Partner to the Director Italy and member of the Country Management Team.

• Drive planning, forecasting, and performance management

• Challenge commercial initiatives with fact-based profitability analysis and scenario modelling

• Ensure alignment of local strategy with Group financial targets

About you:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, or FP&A within a commercial, e-commerce, or consumer-focused environment

• Proven track record of senior stakeholder partnering, ideally supporting Commercial, Marketing, or Country Management functions

• Strong understanding of customer economics, margin structures, CLV, and marketing ROI

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

• Structured, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus
