Seeking a junior/mid-level (class of 2008-2012) finance associate to join the finance group of the Charlotte office. Experience in subscription finance and/or structured finance will be considered. Ideal candidates will have experience with offering documents, asset classes involving structured and secured financing. Candidates should have large law firm experience and top educational credentials.
