As a Finance Associate, you will be a key contributor to the month-end close process and the primary owner of balance sheet integrity. You will support our international operational model and assist in streamlining our global financial workflows.

Scope of tasks:

• General Ledger Postings: Execute timely and accurate General Ledger postings and assist the month-end close process for assigned entities.
• Assist Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform rigorous and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the assigned entities.
• SaaS Operations & AP: Support the Accounts Payable function to manage increasing transaction volumes and ensure vendor payments are handled efficiently.
• Audit & Tax Readiness: Prepare detailed audit schedules and workpapers for manager’s review and respond to international tax queries. Assist the wider team during audit and tax under manager’s supervision.
• Compliance & Transfer Pricing: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing documentation and intercompany cross-charges.
• Process Optimization: Support projects related to payroll streamlining and bank account rationalization across our European and US jurisdictions

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional Status: Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Polish certification) would be advantageous.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a SaaS or international environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IFRS; familiarity with Audit and Transfer Pricing concepts is a significant advantage.
• Software: Proficiency in Excel and experience with mid-tier ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP or Sage).
• Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-Oriented: A "right-first-time" mentality with a focus on accuracy and rigorous reconciliation.
• Task-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively to support the wider team’s capacity.
