The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play an active part in the accounting and reporting processes for our Spain and Portugal affiliates, providing essential support to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality financial operations.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice registration (OPEX and fixed assets), pending invoice follow‑up, payment terms control, and monthly vendor reconciliations for Spain and Portugal.
Perform accurate bookings across bank transactions, expense reports (manual and system‑based), and GL manual entries, ensuring timely and compliant financial records.
Prepare and execute payments to vendors, employees and service providers.
Carry out monthly bank reconciliations; support cash‑flow preparation and maintain correspondence with banking partners.
Handle provisions for unreceived invoices, monitor forecasts and maintain organized A/P files while preparing documentation for audits, including ratio calculations.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes, contributing to productivity and accuracy, and support additional finance tasks as required.

Knowledge of Microsoft D365 or SAP
Knowledge of administrative procedure
Verbal and written numerical skills
Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word intermediate skills
Knowledge of current taxation law and statutory requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English
