A Jabil Tortosa volem incorporar un/a Finance Assistant al nostre departament de Finances.

Requisits:

Grau universitari o cicle superior relacionat amb finances o comptabilitat.
Experiència prèvia en funcions similars.
Nivell d’anglès mínim B1.

Funcions principals:

Reportar impostos a les autoritats fiscals (SII, Intrastat, enquestes).
Reportar assegurances i recollida de dades.
Gestió de caixa.
Suport a l’equip en auditories, transferències, subvencions, banc, AP, AR, lloguers, etc.

Habilitats destacades

Treball en equip i col·laboració amb diferents departaments.
Capacitat d’anàlisi i resolució de problemes financers amb criteri i precisió.
Coneixement avançat d’eines ofimàtiques i sistemes ERP (preferiblement SAP o similars).
Habilitat per interpretar dades i elaborar informes financers.
Capacitat per complir terminis i mantenir la qualitat en processos crítics.
Coneixement bàsic de normativa fiscal i comptable.

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs the following duties in the area of Accounts Receivable:

Reduce Debt specifically over 90 days to reduce DSO.
Ensure Customers pay within terms to improve cash cycle.
Prompt production of Statements to Business Managers and Customers highlighting overdue invoices.
Produce weekly Financial Indicator figures.
Performs the following duties in the area of Fixed Assets:

Ensure integrity of Fixed Asset Register.
Produce monthly statements for Alan Watson in order to reflect the bays on the shop floor, making amendments from any feedback.
Control Capital Expenditure Requisitions; ensure procedures are being followed.
Produce weekly Financial Indictor figures.
Assist with Fixed Asset Forecasts.
Ensure integrity of depreciation runs; review periodically.
Performs the following Month End activities:

Ensure AR, Interest and Bank Accounts are reconciled to ledger and take corrective action on reconciling items.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
